Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a service requested from us at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled date and time we will issue a full refund. If service canceled less than 48 hours in advance we are not required to issue a refund. The exception to this is for legal deposition services and the cancellation fees for this are listed on the fees page of our website. Fees are also listed below on this page.
If for any reason we're not able to perform a task that you were charged for we will issue a 100% refund for that service. This does not include delays due to weather conditions, disasters, local or national emergencies, or laws.
All refunds for any eligible reason will be issued within 48 hours. It may take longer for you to receive a refund we issue within 48 hours due to payment processor or financial institution's time it takes to return funds. It typically takes several days for a credit card or bank transaction to be credited back to your account after we make a refund.
Late Payment and Returned Check Fees:
All invoices are due on receipt and 30 days later a finance fee of 10% will be charged on unpaid balances. Every thirty days unpaid balances on invoices will be charged the 10% fee. If after two months invoice is unpaid account may be transferred to a collection agency to recover debt.
Legal Process Service on Sunday and during severe weather/emergencies:
Guaranteed time-frame for process service assignments doesn't include Sundays of the week. Process service of court documents from Texas and various other states on Sunday is prohibited unless it's an emergency order or garnishment. Often times we will serve on Sunday if the applicable statutes permit but Sundays aren't included in our guarantees regardless of the court the documents are out of. Our guarantee to serve court documents in a certain time-frame doesn't include days where weather conditions or a warning would make it unsafe to serve documents. Also days where there's a national, state, and/or local emergency or disaster don't count towards the guaranteed time-frame to serve.
Shipping Policy:
We ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail up to 3 ounces per envelope (up to 3 mailings) free of charge per assignment. USPS First Class mail additional mailings are charged the shipping rate from USPS plus $2 shipping and handling per mail piece. If you provide us a prepaid label or mail piece to ship your documents there's no additional charge except for the handling fee.
We ship documents within 24 hours when assignment and documents are complete unless impeded by issues beyond our control or by request of customer.
Parking/Toll Fees:
All toll and parking fees during course of assignment are charged to customer if over $1.
